Ham Lane,Lodi CA <br /> Per your permit application you are requesting the following scope of work to be performed at the <br /> above referenced facility: <br /> 1. Installation of new double wall Smith Fiberglass product gasoline piping from the 10,000 <br /> gallon tank to Dispenser#3. <br /> 2. Installation of new double wall Smith Fiberglass gasoline product piping to <br /> manifold the 2,000 gallon and 10,000 gallon gasoline tanks together. <br /> 3. Installation of a vapor recovery jumper between the 2,000 and 10,000 gallon tanks using single <br /> wall smith fiberglass. <br /> 4. The underground steel portion of the previous vent lines are to be terminated and filled with <br /> slurry. <br /> 5. New vent lines will be installed using single wall Smith Fiberglass piping. <br /> 6. Western Fiberglass sumps are to be installed on both tanks. <br /> 7. Western Fiberglass dispenser pans will be installed with a Veeder Root 794380 sensor. <br /> The permit to install and perform the above referenced scope of work is approved with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the fire department for their permit requirements. <br /> 2. A third party certified tank integrity test must be performed and results received prior to <br /> scheduling the final inspection. <br /> 3. A third party certified piping line tightness test must be performed and results prior to <br /> scheduling the final inspection. <br /> 4. If automatic pump shut.down is provided it must satisfy all conditions listed in section 2636(g) <br /> of California Code of Regulations. <br /> 5. Contact EHD for the following inspections: <br /> a. Primary piping <br /> b. Secondary piping <br /> c. 24 hour lake test on dispenser pans and turbine sumps <br /> d. Final inspection <br /> 6. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to <br /> commencing work. <br /> 7. Submit an As-Built plan to EHD prior to scheduling the final inspection. <br /> 8.
