Ham Lane, Lodi, CA 95242. <br /> In general,we will comply with all requirements outlined in Exhibit 2 of Executive Order VR- <br /> 201-H which contains the installation, maintenance and compliance standards and specifications <br /> applicable to the Healy Phase II EVR System. <br /> 1) Specifically, we will install the following equipment: <br /> One(1)Healy VP 1000 vacuum pump with dispenser interface module and mounting kit. <br /> One(1)Healy electrical installation kit. <br /> One(1)Healy vapor installation kit. <br /> One(1)Healy clean air separator tank. <br /> Two(2)Healy 12"whip hoses. <br /> Two(2)Healy 8'6"product hoses. <br /> Two(2)Healy breakaway valves. <br /> Two(2)Healy EVR approved nozzles, new with black scoff guard. <br /> One(1)Husky Pressure/Vacuum Vent Cap P/N 5885 <br /> 2) We will start up all new equipment for warranty purposes. <br /> 3) We will schedule and coordinate all third-party testing. <br /> 4) We will schedule and coordinate all final inspections with all agencies concerned. <br /> 5) Estimated installation downtime should not exceed three consecutive days. <br /> 6) Expected impact on customer service should be minimal. <br /> 7) Estimated time to completion should not exceed thirty calendar days from start date, <br /> including third party testing and approval by all authorities having jurisdiction. <br /> 8) Estimated project start datel will be within thirty days of acceptance of submittals with <br /> estimated completion date Within thirty days of start date.
