We will remove concrete from tank slab; expose <br /> existing sump and tank top at sump end. Remove existing sump from tank flanges, install a new Western Fiberglass <br /> octagon sump with Environ penetrations on all piping. New sump will be installed on existing tank flanges and original <br /> pea grave will be used for backfill around sump. Sump will be lake tested for inspection and concrete will be replaced <br /> after inspection is completed. Upon completion of work tank and lines will be tested by third party. <br /> Existing tank is steel, and equipped with tank flange adaptors that will allow flat bottom sumps of any material to be <br /> attached to tank. Sumps attached to tank flange adaptors do not come into contact with the tank. <br /> In regards to your request for disposal of existing sump, we plan to clean the interior of the sump with Simple Green <br /> cleaning solution to remove residual residue left in the sump.
