Complete a new retrofit permit application to reflect the revised scope of work. <br /> 2. Provide a detailed scope of work in conjunction with a construction plan. <br /> 3. Provide documentation that Environ penetration boots are compatible with and accepted by <br /> proposed sump and existing piping manufacturers. <br /> 4. Provide documentation that Western Fiberglass is compatible with tank material and accepted <br /> by tank manufacturer. <br /> 5.
