We find that the <br /> product is eligible for Listing and Follow-Up Service. <br /> This letter temporarily supplements the ULC Follow-Up Services Inspection Procedure and serves as authorization <br /> to apply the ULC Listing Mark to the above products which are produced in accordance with the ULC Follow-Up <br /> Services Inspection Procedure. <br /> This authorization is effective for go days only from the date of this notice. Records covering the product are <br /> now being prepared and will be sent to you in the near future. <br /> To provide the manufacturer with the intended authorization to use the ULC Mark,the addressee must send a copy <br /> of this Notice,and all attached material,to each manufacturing location. <br /> Products produced, which bear the ULC Mark, shall be identical to those, which were evaluated by ULC and found <br /> to comply with Canadian requirements. If changes in construction are discovered, authorization to use the ULC <br /> Mark may be withdrawn and products that bear the ULC Mark may have to be revised (in the field or at the <br /> manufacturer's facility)to bring them into compliance with ULC's requirements. <br /> We would like to thank you for the cooperation extended to us during our investigation, and look forward to another <br /> opportunity to serve you in the future.
