CCR 2808.1(d)—Evidence of Financial Responsibility. <br /> —>Facility had no evidence of financial responsibility. <br /> CCR 2637(a)(1)-Secondary containment testing. Secondary containment systems installed <br /> prior to January 1,2001 shall be tested by January 1,2003 and every 36 months thereafter. <br /> Secondary containment testing shall be conducted by December 31, 2002. <br /> —>Facility did not have secondary containment testing performed by January 1, 2003 <br /> deadline. <br /> CCR 2635(a)(2)(A) — Cathodic protection testing. Field-installed cathodic protection systems shall be <br /> designed and certified as adequate by a corrosion specialist. The cathodic protection systems shall be <br /> tested by a cathodic protection tester within six months of installation and at least every three years <br /> thereafter. The criteria that are used to determine that cathodic protection is adequate as required by <br /> this section shall be in accordance with a code of practice developed in accordance with voluntary <br /> consensus standards. Impressed-current cathodic protection systems shall also be inspected no less <br /> than every 60 calendar days to ensure that they are in proper working order. <br /> —>Facility did not have records of any cathodic protection testing. <br /> V.
