Financial responsibility documents have not been submitted to the EHD. Current financial <br /> responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. During the inspection an updated copy <br /> of the financial responsibility documents was provided to the EHD. Continue to ensure that a current <br /> copy of the financial responsibility documents are submitted to the EHD annually. <br /> 313. The 87 main direct-bury spill container failed when tested. All spill containers shall have a minimum <br /> capacity of five gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. <br /> Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is repaired or <br /> replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> If the spill container can't be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that the 87 main UST system <br /> may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> 314. The enunciator used as the overfill prevention system is not currently functional on the 87 main and <br /> siphon USTs. Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is <br /> repaired or replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor under permit and inspection <br /> of the EHD.
