City of Lodi Lodi <br /> RECEIV�� D <br /> Corporation Yard N 0 V 2 1 2017 <br /> 1331 S Ham Lane <br /> Lodi CA 95242 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> DEPARTMENT <br /> Scope of Work for SJC EHD Permit Application <br /> Dispenser <br /> • Protect work area (Dispenser 4&5) both sides <br /> • Shut Off breakers, both products, unleaded and diesel <br /> • Isolate Fuel Management System (Fuel Master) <br /> • Disconnect wiring (Healy pump, module and solenoids and UDC sensor <br /> • Disconnect product lines (at top of impact valve) <br /> • Disconnect vapor lines (at top of impact vapor line) <br /> • Unbolt dispenser and lift out and set aside <br /> • Slide impact valves and brackets to side <br /> • Remove damaged boots and install new test boots <br /> • Re-assemble dispenser <br /> • Test line <br /> • Test UDC (leak) <br /> Sump <br /> • Protect sump/work area <br /> • Open sump <br /> • Disconnect cathodic protection wires <br /> • Remove 3/4" metal conduit <br /> • Remove damaged penetration <br /> • Install new retrofit penetration-3/4" conduit <br /> • Reconnect cathodic protection wire <br /> • Test <br />
