One 55 -gallon drum containing fuel filters was observed at the facility. The operator labeled the <br />drum with an accumulation start date of 1-1-10 during the inspection. Facilities that generate up to one <br />ton of used oil / fuel filters per year may store the filters up to one year. Immediately recycle these filters <br />under a bill of lading and submit a copy of the bill of lading to the San Joaquin County Environmental <br />Health Department (EHD) by February 26, 2011. <br />50. One 30 gallon container full of a water, gasoline, and diesel mixture was observed at the facility. <br />The operator completed the hazardous waste labeling during the inspection adding an accumulation <br />start date of January 9, 2007. Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month <br />and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. <br />Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and <br />submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD by February 26, 2011. <br />Note <br />1. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how <br />each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, by February 26, 2011. <br />2.
