The following Minor Violations - Notice to <br /> Comply were observed: 804, 808, 809, 9999 <br /> 804,808,809. Witnessed four Universal Waste fluorescent lamps not stored in a container nor properly <br /> labeled in the storage room. Universal Wastes, including aerosol cans, lamps, alkaline batteries, mercury <br /> containing switches, CRT, electronic devices, etc. shall be stored in a closed container that prevents <br /> breakage and release to the environment, labeled to identify the type of Universal Waste, demonstrate <br /> the initial date of accumulation, managed within one year of storage, and retained a copy of the disposal <br /> receipt for at least 3 years on site. Immediately dispose of the above Universal Waste - lamps and <br /> submit a copy of the disposal receipt to EHD by 8/30/2013. A pamphlet for the Small Hazardous Waste <br /> Disposal Facility has been supplied to the generator during this inspection <br /> 9999. HSC 25404 (e)(4). CERS electronic submittal has not been met. UST operator/ owner shall <br /> comply with CERS electronic submittal requirement. Immediately comply with this requirement.
