UNKNOWN IF SUPPRESSANT SYSTEM ACTIVATED. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> This is a complaint inspection <br /> -Fire occurred on 03/8/2018 around 8:00 AM <br /> -There fire started at the end of the building, 3 suites away from the donut shop <br /> -The flames did not reach the donut shop <br /> -There is smoke damage on the walls and ceilings throughout the facility <br /> -There is no electricity in the building <br /> -No sprinkler system at the building <br /> Discard all foods. Remove the smoke smell and smoke damage.
