No other complaints received. All employees receives food <br /> safety training and consume their own food products. No ill employees and employees do not work at any high risk facilities. <br /> All temperatures were proper. Sanitizer spray was proper. All food products are received from the Safeway Distribution <br /> Company daily. Facility keeps all the deli meat in the prep area for 3 days, the cheese for 6 days and the bacon is made daily. <br /> Breads are made daily for sandwiches. Bacon comes pre-cooked. Deli and bakery have proper soap and paper towels at the <br /> hand sinks and employees wear gloves for all ready-to-eat foods. Bathrooms are properly supplied. Pesto is Buitoni and is <br /> used within 3 days. All chemicals are properly maintained. All food is properly stored in these two depts. Donuts are made <br /> fresh daily.No mini cream cakes on site(facility does not have these), normal size cream puffs are properly refrigerated in <br /> display case.
