FROZEN PRODUCTS ARE NOT BEING STORED IN THE FREEZER." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Per Store Director, during mass production of products, items are taken out of <br /> the freezer prior to re-packaging/re-portioning. Labels with dates are put on products the day they are packaged from frozen. <br /> Upon inspection of the bakery Dept., Bakery Manager demonstrated how items are labeled and dated.
