Correct by 1 <br /> week. <br /> Mop sink floors are bare concrete and lack several base tiles.Tiles shall be replaced and floors sealed during break. <br /> Employee rest room floors need a new coat of paint. Paint/seal during break. <br /> Kitchen ceiling panels have excess dust. Clean during break. <br /> Carpet inside old locker room has excess grease. Remove carpet and replace it with vinyl tiles.Also provide cleanable base. <br /> Correct during break. <br /> Walls outside of dry storage room and ceiling close to swinging door on 2nd floor are damaged. Repair and paint during <br /> break. <br /> Wall outside of production walk in cooler has a hole. Patch up hole during break. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
