Tiger Express, 1399 East Yosemite Ave, Manteca, CA 95336 <br />California Code of Regulations Title 23, Section 2671 allows for the temporary closure of UST, <br />where storage of hazardous substance has ceased, but the UST will be used for the storage of <br />hazardous substance within the next 12 consecutive months. <br />Time period between cessation of hazardous substance storage and application for temporary <br />tank closure shall not exceed 90 calendar days. <br />Corrective Action: <br />• Immediately, maintain oversight and control of the continuous monitoring of the UST <br />system at this site, either by onsite personnel or by a remote monitoring system.
