Looks like a Fire Department Permit was never applied and approved for this site. Dhillon stated that he has applied for a Fire Department Permit with Community Development last week. As this will be under review for the time being we will have to wait to update the permit with that information. So at this time the only item we need to finalize the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Permit is the approved Fire Department Permit from Community Development. Dhillon please confirm that that the Fire Department permit has been applied for. Elena please confirm that the only item you need is the approved Fire Department Permit. She gave me two copies, where we need to add new information. I have changed one page for owner/ operator information, but you need to sign on the second page of application and send back to her. She high lighted the missing items. Please complete it and send back to her asap.
