Date: <br />Manufacturer training: Installer, 09/16/20; Xerxes, 04/10/20 <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />On site for the following: <br />-Tank set of two Xerxes fiberglass tanks, one 20,000 gallon and one 12,000/8,000 gallon split tank. <br />-Inspection of the tanks for brine leaks prior to placement in the excavation. <br />-The inside of the tanks was visually inspected by the contractor and reported as being clean and dry. <br />-Tank installation checklist was witnessed being completed throughout the installation. <br />-Witnessed deadman and anchor installation. The presence of paint coating for corrosion protection of metal components was <br />confirmed as available on site, but was not yet installed. <br />-Pea gravel backfill was observed on site, but was not yet placed on the tanks. <br />"The contractor noted a discrepancy between the submitted engineer plans and the actual tank set up. The turbine sumps <br />and fill sumps are swapped on the tanks. Also, the annular space of the spilit tank needs to be on the inside instead of the <br />outside in order to keep the larger tank (12,000) in the middle. He wi <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
