Spill container, 5 gallon replaceable for single wall, with drain valve for fill, <br /> cast iron cover <br /> 2) Procure all permits necessary <br /> 3) Remove concrete <br /> 4) Assist with soil sampling (if) requested by San Joaquin County Environmental Resources <br /> *see notes below <br /> 5) Back fill and test to insure they will hold 5 gallons <br /> 6) Pour concrete <br /> 7) Perform"lake test"with county inspector verify they will hold liquid.
