Return to Compliance Certification: Enclosed is a brief summary of compliance for the violations that were listed 1. 105. The new updated monitoring plan has been uploaded on CERS as of 7/6/18. All the necessary changes under the vent secondary piping have been corrected as needed. 2. 107. An accurate UST monitoring site plan has been submitted with the pipe layout identifying the locations where monitoring is performed. 3. 204. We are waiting for the new updated monitoring plan to be approved so that we can have all the copies available at the site as soon as the plans are approved copies would be printed out from CERS & retained at the site. 4. 205. The current copy of UST response plan has been sent to the site. All the employees have been instructed that these plans should always be available on site for inspection. 5. 210. Designated operator monthly inspection reports for the last 12 months have been retained on the site. An email of these reports has also been sent to EHD department. 6. 315. It will be ensured that the sumps 5/6 are maintained free of liquid. If there is any water in the sump it should be removed and put in the waste barrel tank and further disposed of properly. 7. 318. Leak detector was adjusted on site and was held clear after the retest. 8. 319. The owner is currently working with Donlee Pump for the spill bucket fix. As of right now the owners are waiting for a estimated contract price for all the work that needs to be done to correct the violations. As soon as Donlee Pump quotes a price and owners sign the contract price, a permit would be pulled. Only delay for not pulling the permit as of right now is the cost involved in fixing this violation. Donlee pump wants to sure that the owner is aware of the expenses involved. With the most recent update the chances are that the permit would be pulled by 7/9/18.
