Mr. Coleman indicated <br /> that the heaters and boiler units were operating correctly, and to his knowledge <br /> there were no problems with equipment. No spills or otherwise concerning incidents <br /> have occurred in the past few days (at least) , which may lead to any excess odor. <br /> RI Palmquist noticed, faintly, the smell of asphaltic oil but only once inside the <br /> facility property. <br /> RI Palmquist is unable to confirm the odor complaint at this time. <br /> Findings: <br /> October 17, 2018; 11:10 AM Contact by Telephone: Finding by Samuel Palmquist: RI <br /> Palmquist called the RP to make initial contact for more background.
