Robert McClellon [EH]
From: Robert McClellon [EH]
Sent: Tuesday, January 12, 2010 2:19 PM
To: 'Motmans, Bill'
Cc: Benjamin Escotto [EH]; Strough, Barbara; Donna Heran [EH]; Michael Kith [EH]; Lee, Jim
Subject: RE: Brannon Tire
In the last conference call it was determined that Brannon Fleet Tire did not exceed the 3000 tires if we treat the field North
separately. In your email of Nov 19, 2009 you stated that we will treat them separately. How do we violate them because the
total number of tires exceed 3000 when counted together, but treat them separately as two sites. This is why these reports
are not in final draft form, because there seems to be confusion and a real disconnect. The notes that you reference in your
email below are not on Advanced Trailer or Advanced Equipment inspection reports. Do you have problems with these?
There are 4 different inspections. In the future please reference the problem with the specific inspection report. If we submit
them in final draft we you respond to them in a timely manner?
The notes include the statement regarding the fact that both agencies have reviewed and agree. Do you have specific
language that you would like to see on the inspection report that would cover that aspect?
This was part of the discussion of the last call and it is important that it is stated in some form because you are not going to
submit any inspection report to document that you were there and agree with the findings.
Robert
Robert McClellon,Program Coordinator REHS
Environmental Health Department
600 E.Main Street
Stockton,CA 95202
(209)468-0332
From: Motmans, Bill [mailto:Bill.Motmans@CalRecycle.ca.gov]
Sent: Tuesday, January 12, 2010 12:59 PM
To: Robert McClellon [EH]
Cc: Benjamin Escotto [EH]; Strough, Barbara
Subject: RE: Brannon Tire
Robert,
Jim Lee has asked me to get back to you regarding your latest email. To that end, I have included below the
email we sent you on 11/19/09. It is consistent with the subsequent conference call we had with you
involving Donna H., Wendy B., Lorraine V., Barbara S. and I several weeks ago:
Hi Ben,
I met with Jim Lee and Barbara Strough yesterday and discussed the drafts you forwarded. Based on what
was discussed, following is what Jim would like you to do:
NOTE: We assumed the "Drafts" were submitted in this form for efficiency sake. It is expected that actual
Waste Tire & Inspection Reports will eventually be completed and submitted containing appropriate
language, including the amendments below.
2/2/2010
