These errors and omissions are violations of California law. Because the <br /> Waste Tire Hauler Registration&Manifest Program is still in its initial roll-out phase,we are not taking any <br /> enforcement action at this time;however,effective July 1,2004 any future violations may result in a notice of <br /> violation and/or enforcement action,as deemed appropriate. <br /> By giving you this notice,we hope to call attention to deficiencies that you should correct in future manifests and <br /> trip logs. Please make sure that these errors/omissions identified on the back of this letter will be corrected in the <br /> future by completely and accurately filling out the hauler portion of the Manifest(Part I.)and Tire Trip Log forms. <br /> Further,as a hauler,you must ensure that the Generator or End-Use Facility accurately completes Part H of the <br /> Manifest form.
