A <br /> review of these documents,completed between the time periods of March 9,2014 to September 9,2014, <br /> indicates that the errors or omissions noted on the back of this letter were made. These errors and <br /> omissions are violations of California law. <br /> By giving you this notice,we hope to call attention to deficiencies that you should correct in future CTL <br /> forms. As the hauler, it is your responsibility to ensure that these documents are accurately and <br /> completely fill out.
