(RETREADER)/DBA Brannon Tire(100 1994) <br /> PO Box 1988 <br /> Stockton,CA 95201 <br /> RE: NON SUBMISSION OF COMPREHENSIVE TRIP LOGS <br /> Dear Mr. Brannon: <br /> During a routine inspection of DBI San Joaquin Beverage,TP1D#1746436 on October 8,2013 at 3730 N Wilson <br /> Way,Stockton,CA 95205,a representative of the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery(CalRecycle) <br /> discovered 13 Comprehensive Trip Log(CTL)receipts that had not been submitted to CalRecycle by Brannon Tire <br /> (100 1994)from 10/05/11 to 04/22/13(See Attachment).These CTLs have not been submitted to CalRecycle within <br /> the required 90 day time frame which is in violation of 14 CCR 18459.2.1.Failure to submit the completed CTL <br /> forms within 90 days of the load shipment to CalRecycle may result in further enforcement action. <br /> 18459.2.1 Submittal of the Manifest Form to the Department <br /> (a) The waste tire hauler shall submit the completed original CTL Form to the Department within ninety(90) <br /> days oj'the load shipment. The Manifest Form shall be in the waste tire hauler's possession while <br /> transporting used or waste tires and shall be shown upon demand to any representative of the Department, <br /> any officer of the California Highway Patrol, any peace officer, as defined in Sections 830.1 or 830.2 of the <br /> California Penal Code, or any local public officer designated by the Department. <br /> By giving you this notice,we hope to call this deficiency to your attention.
