These errors and omissions can be considered <br /> violations of California law;however,because this is a new program, we wanted to advise your company <br /> of these types of errors now, in order to avoid any future enforcement actions. <br /> Listed below are the enclosed manifest/log numbers and examples of the type of errors noted: <br /> Manifest Number Type of Error <br /> Missing Pickup/Delivery <br /> Invalid Facility Tire Program ID <br /> Missing Load Type <br /> M7-1150634 Invalid Facility Site Suffix <br /> By giving you this review, we hope to call attention to deficiencies that you need to correct in future <br /> manifests and trip logs. Please make sure that these errors/omissions will be corrected in the future by <br /> completely and accurately filling out the hauler portion of the Manifest(Part I.)and Tire Trip Log forms. <br /> Further,as a hauler, you must ensure that the Generator or End-Use Facility accurately completes Part II <br /> of the Manifest form.
