I told her we <br /> had sent notices to all our California locations in an effort to keep our facilities updated on receiving <br /> casings/waste tires. <br /> Recommendations: <br /> • Contact Swift and request a manifest form be completed and sent to your attention, mail in as you would <br /> normally handle manifests (obviously keep a copy of this for the inspection file) <br /> • Complete the above CALRecycle form 204, mail the original to the address shown at the bottom of the form. <br /> Keep a copy for the inspection file. Check the address used to send in the manifest form and see if these are the <br /> same addresses. If the y are you might attach them together. <br /> • Be sure all of our folks understand that if we receive casings/waste tires from common carriers they still have to <br /> provide a manifest even if they are exempt from the registered waste tire hauler side of the equation. <br /> If you run into any questions let me know. <br /> Tom Allmon <br /> 1 <br />
