Permission to conduct inspection given by Bryan McDowell, Owner. <br /> 2. Inspection was done with Bryan McDowell. <br /> 3. A direct count was used in counting the tires. <br /> 4. TPID certificate is located on the wall in the owner's office. <br /> 5. Facility uses Omega Tires as their registered waste tire hauler. <br /> 6. Waste tire manifests (CTLs)were available for review. <br /> 7. Facility only stores tires at this location. <br /> *8. Reminder that the waste tire manifests must be retained for 3 years. <br /> 9.
