Yosemite Avenue, Manteca <br /> This letter serves as notification that as of July 11, 2000 , the <br /> above-referenced facility has had an unapproved leak detector <br /> installed for the 8 , 000 gallon diesel tank system (TA0146407) . <br /> The leak detector installed, a Red Jacket FX1DV mechanical leak <br /> detector, is not currently listed on the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board' s (SWRCB) List of Leak Detection Equipment and <br /> Methods (LG 113-14) . <br /> On or before October 9, 2000 , Public Health Services - <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) must receive written <br /> documentation that the leak detector is state approved, OR the <br /> leak detector must be replaced with one that is on the state <br /> approved list (LG 113-14) . <br /> If you have any questions, please contact Alison Youngblood, <br /> R.E.H.
