July 14, 1994
To Whom it may concern:
In reference to our recent telephone conversation concerning our service station located at
1399 E. Yosemite, the following information is submitted for your review.
Ever since we replaced the underground storage tank system we occasionally have gotten
water in the tank sump. We were cited by your agency on a couple occasions and were
required to remove the water and dispose of it in the proper manner.
We discovered that the sump lids were smaller than the surlp allowing rain water to seep
in. The only solation was tc replace the lids with larger lids. This required saw cutting the
concrete and replacing the old square lids and frames with new larger round ones. We did
this during our remodel in the month of July, 1994. We are sure that this will solve the
problem once and for all. If you have addi!ional question;please feel free to call me at the
above number.
Sincerely_yours,
L
•ferryL. 1liioore
i`
r-
CJ'1
