Based on the information that you have submitted in the email below, and our telephone conversation today, I have the following comments: Violation 101: 1 understand that you have submitted the form to DTSC to reactivate the EPA identification number. Please send me documentation once the EPA ID number has been activated. Violations 109 and 112: The Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report completed on May 22, 2013 indicated that hazardous waste was present at your facility at that time. What is unknown and not accurately reflected in your statement addressing hazardous waste violations 109 and 112 is what has happened to the hazardous waste that was found at your facility in 2013. Please respond accordingly. Violation 106:You have stated that Safety Kleen has been contacted to remove the two drums containing hazardous waste. Please send documentation once the hazardous waste has been removed and note that there are other haulers other than Safety Klee that may be available to remove the drums in a timely manner. Please note that until the Environmental Health Department receives the necessary documentation,your facility is still in violation. Please do not delay addressing the issues listed above.
