FILE COPY <br />RE: Grant Line Valero 2420 W Grant Line RD Tracy CA 95376 <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) performed a combined routine underground storage <br />tank and hazardous waste generator inspection on April 3, 2008 at the above referenced site. <br />An inspection report was issued identifying information to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This <br />information was required to be submitted by June 14, 2008. This information has not been received resulting in a <br />non-compliant status for this facility. <br />Failure to correct the violations will result in continuing/additional violations. <br />Note: All EHD staff time associated with failing to comply, including the issuance of this letter, is billed at the <br />current hourly rate ($98).
