KMART shall <br /> 4 provide the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars($250,000.00)to be used by the <br /> 5 Craig Thompson Environmental Protection Prosecution Fund("EPPF Fund") for purposes <br /> 6 coinsistent with the Trust's mission. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 2.CUPA Forum Board Environmental Protection Prosecution Trust Fund. KMART <br /> 9 shall provide the amount of Four Hundred Thousand Dollars($400,000.00)to the Environmental <br /> 10 <br /> Protection Prosecution Trust Fund,which is administered by the California Certified Unified <br /> 11 <br /> 12 Program Agency(CUPA)Forum Board,to be used by that Board for purposes consistent with <br /> 13 their Trust's mission. If the payment is accepted by this designated entity,it shall provide annual <br /> 14 letter reports,until the exhaustion of the funds describing the specific use of the funds and the <br /> 15 type of training provided. These funds shall be used by the Trust to assist with the Forum Board's <br /> 24 training mission, specifically for training opportunities other than their Annual CUPA Forum <br /> 25 Board Conference. If the payment is accepted by this designated entity,it shall provide annual <br /> 26 letter reports,until the exhaustion of the funds describing the specific use of the funds and the <br /> 27 type of training provided.
