The well was <br /> developed by removing water from the well screen by purging with nitrogen gas. <br /> Ground water samples were collected from monitoring well MW-I by use of a clean teflon bailer. <br /> Ground water samples were sent to a California-certified laboratory and analyzed for DTFX, EDC, <br /> EDD, and TPH. Results for the analyses are presented in Table 2. Yosemite Avenue(Figure 1) at the intersection of Yosemite Avenue <br /> and Northwoods Avenue in Manteca, California. The site is located in a mixed <br /> commercial/residential area of Manteca. The property is bordered on the east by Northwoods <br /> Avenue, to the north by a grocery store/small shopping complex, to the west by a fast-food <br /> restaurant and to the south by Yosemite Avenue. Several private residences are located across <br /> Yosemite Avenue, immediately south of the site. <br /> 2 ! e H_-istnry <br /> From inFOrmation provided from Mr. Moore,Jerry and Diane Moore purchased the property from <br /> Exxon approximately 10 years ago. The site is currently leased from Moore Petroleum to Mr.Frank <br /> e_. Guinta, Jr. who has operated the site for the past nine years as a gas station/convenience store. <br /> There are four underground storage tanks (USTs) at the site. Tank information is presented in <br /> Table 3. <br /> A precision tank test has been performed on the gasoline USTs and product lines. Results from the <br /> tank tests indicate the tanks and lines are tight. <br /> 3,3 Spill Hislory <br /> From the information provided, there has been no documented release of petroleum hydrocarbons <br /> at the site.
