QvarterlY G—dtrxter Mrokarlug Report <br /> MOM Petroleum F=M Manteca,CA <br /> GROUNDWATER MONITORING <br /> Groundwater Levels <br /> On April 6, 1994, Apex personnel collected water-level measurements from five of the six wells <br /> All groundwater elevations were measured to the nearest 0 01 foot, referenced to the surveyed <br /> top-of-casing elevations, and conducted according to the Apex standard operating procedures <br /> (SOP) included as Attachment 1 Water-Ievel measurements collected since January 1993 are <br /> summarized in Table 1 Figure 3 is a potentiometric surface map of the shallow water-beanng <br /> zone on April 6, 1994 <br /> Groundwater Sampling and Analysis <br /> On Apnl 6, 1994, Apex personnel collected groundwater samples from five of the six morutonng <br /> wells (MW-1B, MW-2, MW-4 through MW-6) The samples were submitted, under chain-of- <br /> custody, to Sparger Technology, Inc , of Sacramento, California, a state-certified analytical <br /> laboratory and analyzed for total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH), as gasoline, by modified EPA <br /> method 8015 and benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and total xylenes (BTEX) by EPA method <br /> 8020 All samples were collected according to the Apex SOP included in Attachment 1 <br /> Analytical results since January 1992 for TPI, as gasoline, and BTEX are summarized in Table 2 <br /> The laboratory analytical reports and sham-of-custody form are included in Attachment 2 <br /> REPORT DISTRIBUTION <br /> Apex submitted copies of this report, in final form, to <br /> 1 Ms Elizabeth Thayer <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Control Board <br /> 3443 Routrer Road, Suite 'A' <br /> Sacramento, California 95827-3098 <br /> 2 Ms Margaret Lagono <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division <br /> Post Office Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, California 95201 <br />
