The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations thaaer ' .T�b <br /> addressed for Marks Fuel & Food, Inc. as of March 13, 2017. <br /> Open violations from September 22, 2016 inspection <br /> Violation #601 -Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste <br /> stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. A black 55 gallon drum of liquid waste <br /> contaminated with gas behind the facility did not have a start accumulation date. Since it cannot be determined how <br /> long the hazardous waste has been on site, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of <br /> this waste under manifest. Submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD within 30 days. <br /> Violation #605 -Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> A black 55 gallon drum of liquid waste contaminated with gas behind the facility did not have a start accumulation <br /> date, hazardous property listed, and incorrectly labeled as oily water. All hazardous waste containers shall be <br /> marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
