Ensure that a written response documenting <br /> corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> This is a Class II violation <br /> 'OL CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> Oily waste rags were observed inside an `overpack" contaruiei ttiat nau ilu iaoe . :;tie black 55-gallon container located <br /> inside the hazardous waste storage area had a blank (pre-printed) hazardous waste label. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> - the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> - composition (contents) <br /> - accumulation start date <br /> The observed oily rags were moved to an existing "empty" 55-gallon container and both containers were labeled with <br /> all appropriate information at the time of inspection.
