Ruvalcaba, Cesar
From: DPaul <spccorp@hotmaitcom>
Sent: Friday,June 28,2019 10:45 AM
To: Ruvalcaba,Cesar
Subject: SPC Corp Compliance Issues
Cesar:
This memo confirms our telecon in which SPC Corp explained compliance delays for:
1. Haley Flying Service
2. Maxim Crane Service
We further advised that neither of these delays were directed by the aforementioned fuel/hazmat end-users
and were the responsibility of SPC Corp. We are submitting proposed corrective-action plans for each site to
commence on 7/15-7/19 in which we/SPC Corp will personally conduct follow-up site inspections at each
facility and advise each client of the steps required to come into compliance with the San Joaquin-CUPA per
your instructions. Thank you for your patience in these matters---we will remain in-touch and will provide
historical as well as current documentation regarding each facility to insure we are presenting facilities in
compliance with your regulatory-directives.
D. Paul McWhorter, CEO
SPC Corporation
t
