This is being <br /> coordinated with the NOV in the Table of Contents (see DRAFT) <br /> Line-item#603—Map and Satellite Diagrams being prepared as addenda to SPCC <br /> plan. <br /> Line-item#609---Discharge procedures included in DRAFT SPCC plan <br /> Line-item#618—Owner/Operator coordinating with Donlee Pump to replace <br /> existing 1000-gal singlewall AST. Also, numerous vacant (no product being <br /> stored) require"out-of-service" placards t/b affixed/installed. <br /> Line item#618—SPC Corp retains 2015 periodic integrity records/field data- <br /> sheets also available and will provide these in the finalized SPCC plan revisions. <br /> Line item#628---Federal/state and local citations will be cross-referenced as <br /> required in the revised SPCC DRAFT pending finalization (see attached DRAFT) <br /> SPCC Plan Requirements for Onshore Facilities <br /> Line item#706—Only 2ndary containment deficiency remaining is 1000-gal diesel <br /> AST which is in-process for either retrofit or replacement by Donlee Pump. Waste <br /> oil/coolant drums are EXEMPT due to gallonage below threshold BUT do include <br /> 2ndary containment pallets. <br /> Nurse-tanks (see numerous photos) are exempt from both federal and state <br /> requirements but are included for gallonage-reporting requirements. <br /> Line-item#710---Supplemental spcc plan to address in section 3.3 and 3.4 as well <br /> as Table 3-5 the specific test procedures utilized in the onsite inspections. Original <br /> proposal was to convert all the existing test-certificates to the STI SP001 formats <br /> which can still be done. <br />
