Do they have a waste tire hauler that they use
on a regular basis?? Just curious..Laura
From: Garrett T. Another 100 waste
tires are scattered in the customer area. 100 used tires for sale are nicely racked. Including the 1000 mini-spare
tires they have a total of 1600 waste tires. I don't know if the fire department has been out there. I don't see a fire
hazard out there considering that the property is large and uncrowded. I can give them an extension for one
month and have them construct more stands or dispose of the minispares thereby getting below 1500 waste tires.
Garrett
-----Original Message-----
From: Niles, Laura [mailto:lniles@CIWMB.ca.gov]
Sent: Thursday, November 17, 2005 1:35 PM
To: Garrett T. The 250 would not be counted if they are already made into stands. The 1000 mini tires
would count as waste tires. Has fire department been out there? Can you ask if they have any
issues?? Could the guy stay under 1,500 total waste tires every 90 days?? How many did he have
for sale and were they staked and racked??
Laura
From: Garrett T. We need
some clarification on which tires are used tires vs. waste tires. They had the following number of
11/18/2005
