The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for A & D AUTO BODY as of March01, 2019. <br /> Open violations from May 28, 2015 inspection <br /> Violation#117- Failed to report program data electronically. <br /> A submission to the California Electronic Reporting System (CERS) for the hazardous waste program has not been <br /> made. Beginning January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all new(or any changes to existing) <br /> hazardous waste information online to the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. Be sure to include your hazardous <br /> waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant activities and required <br /> fields. <br /> Violation #601 -Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> Inside the shop is a five gallon container with a hazardous waste label which the owner confirmed is waste paint. <br /> Inside the shop is a blue 55 gallon drum of hazardous waste oil. These containers both have an accumulation start <br /> date of November 2013. These wastes have been on site longer than 180 days. Facilities who generate less than <br /> 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store <br /> waste on site up to 180 days. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste <br /> under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
