Ensure any <br /> potential leaks are contained by the UDCs.,6,B,Sv b <br /> -Verify overfill prevention prior to the first fuel deliveries.The measurements were verified to be at 95%capacity. The service <br /> technician on site verified the measurements to be accurate. ensure test results are submitted to EHD within 30 days from <br /> today's date. <br /> -Verify minimum 5 gallon capacity on the 87 product, 91 product and diesel product spill containers.All three spill container <br /> met the 5 gallon capacity, passed the 60 minute hydrostatic test. Proper drainage was verified on all three containers and <br /> found to be appropriate. <br /> -Verify monitoring system functionality prior to first delivery.All liquid sensors were tested and found to be functional. Smart <br /> sensor were for high liquid and found to be functional. S14-87 and 91 vent sensor had a wiring problem at the time of testing. <br /> The electrician on site,was able to rewire the sensor correctly. The sensor was retested after the rewiring with passing results. <br /> -Inaccurate AS Built plans have been submitted to EHD. 91 product line in DISP 3 is inacurate. Ensure correct as built plans <br /> are submitted to EHD. PefJ )eo i9TJ.9��f�lJ <br /> Communication was not tested during today's inspection. Per the foreman, Rafael Flores,all UST components,except for the <br /> tanks(hydrostatic),will be monitored under vacuum, for which fuel is necessary for the turbine to create vacuum.Therefore <br /> communication would not be able to be tested until after fuel delivery. <br /> The facility may received fuel once EHD has received and reviewed ELD test results.ffjfq��y,EO 4- SfW7-oeK C6W S <br /> This service request is NOT complete,the facility is not allowed to operate the UST system until approved by EHD.
