See field drawing for new TML <br /> location. Ultrasonic A-Scan thickness measurements were performed on the shell, roof, and cone. All readings <br /> have been entered into Ultra Pipe and after review of the data next inspection date will be 10/24/2022. The <br /> predicted retirement date of the tank is 04/25/2050 based on a 2 mil a year default corrosion rate. There are <br /> 0 caution TML locations per the current thickness survey completed on 10/24/2017. <br /> API 653 External Inspection. <br /> External visual inspection found this cone bottom tank to be in good condition. This tank is fully foam <br /> insulated and the insulation is in good condition. This tank is mounted on 4 vertical H-beams leg support <br /> system. The support legs are painted and found to be in good condition with no significant issues found. The <br /> foundation is a concrete slab above grade level and is intact, with no indications of settling noted. All anchor <br /> bolts are present, installed in the concrete foundation and are in good condition. The nozzles and flanges are <br /> free of significant corrosion or leakage. All bolting is intact, with no significant thread or fastener degradation <br /> found. Shell surfaces were inspected through the inspection ports and light surface rust is present. The <br /> installed static ground is intact and securely attached <br /> Recommendations: <br /> The next external visual inspection will be time based at 5 years. <br /> API 653 Internal Inspection: <br /> Internal inspection was not scheduled at the time of this inspection.
