Once corrected just send in a statement indicating the corrections have <br /> been made.These type of corrections can be penciled in by the facility. <br /> Violation 711-Failed to perform scheduled tank tests or inspections by appropriately qualified personnel. <br /> Once tanks are inspected/tested by Steel Tank Institute(STI) certified SP-001 inspector,provide report. <br /> FREE classes presented by NES Inc. are available to all San Joaquin County Hazardous Waste, Underground Storage Tank, <br /> and Aboveground Petroleum Storage Facility Business Owners and Operators.
