No person may own or operate an UST unless a permit for its operation has been issued <br /> by the local agency to the owner or operator of the UST system. Immediately pay all outstanding permit fees and obtain a <br /> permit to operate your UST system from the EHD, failure to do so will make your entire UST system subject to red tag <br /> procedures to prevent fuel inputs and withdrawals and further enforcement. An"Operating without a Permit"penalty <br /> applies. Submit proof of correction to the EHD by February 11,2019. <br /> This is a repeat violation. <br /> This is a Class I violation. <br /> OVERALL NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the <br /> corrective action taken for above violation, and any supporting paperwork, by February 11,2019 <br /> Starting September 1,2018,all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate($152).
