MONITORING AND REPORTINGGRAM NO. 2003-0003-DWQ-0015 •. - 3 - <br /> DELTA WATER SUPPLY PROJEC INTAKE AND PUMP STATION <br /> CITY OF STOCKTON <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> REPORTING <br /> In reporting monitoring data, the Discharger shall arrange the data in tabular form so that the <br /> date, sample type (e.g., effluent, land application area), and reported result are readily <br /> discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a manner to clearly illustrate compliance <br /> with the NCA and spatial or temporal trends, as applicable. The results of any monitoring <br /> done more frequently than required, or chemical analysis not required by the Monitoring and <br /> Reporting Program, shall be reported to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board (Central Valley Water Board). <br /> A. Monthly Monitoring Reports <br /> Monthly reports shall be submitted to the Central Valley Water Board on the first day of the <br /> second month after the month ends (e.g. the January report is due by 1 March). The <br /> reports shall bear the certification and signature of the Discharger's authorized <br /> representative. At a minimum, the quarterly reports shall include: <br /> 1. A statement of the dewatering related activity performed during the monitoring period. If <br /> no land application of dewatered groundwater occurred during the reporting period, a <br /> letter describing that condition is sufficient and no further reporting for the month is <br /> required. In months when dewatering activity was performed, the following shall be <br /> reported: <br /> a. Results of effluent and land application area monitoring. <br /> b. A comparison of monitoring data to the discharge specifications, disclosure of any <br /> violations of the NOA and/or WQO, and an explanation of any violation of those <br /> requirements. Data shall be presented in tabular format. <br /> c. Copies of any calibration logs for field test instruments used to comply with this MRP <br /> during the month. <br /> d. Copies of any laboratory analytical report(s) used to characterize water or sediment <br /> quality. If the analytical.reports were prepared for a separate discharge permit <br /> issued by the Central Valley Regional Water Board, the analysis shall be reported <br /> associated with the issued permit. <br /> A letter transmitting the self-monitoring reports shall accompany each report. The letter <br /> shall include a discussion of requirement violations found during the reporting period, and <br /> actions taken or planned for correcting noted violations, such as operation or facility <br /> modifications. If the Discharger has previously submitted a report describing corrective <br /> -— actions and/ora time sc a ute for implementing the corrective acttoe#erenl �Y�th� --- <br /> previous correspondence will be satisfactory.
