At that point, continued monitoring of the piezometers is no longer required. I <br /> have also reviewed the 21 September 2010 well destruction workplan prepared by Kleinfelder and have <br /> determined the well destruction technique is acceptable. Please employ adequate means to ensure the lead <br /> auger doesn't wander off the well casing when drilling out the wells. <br /> By this e-mail I'm notifying Ms. Ellsaesser of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department that the <br /> Regional Board has no objection to issuing the well destruction permits for the work to occur after September 27 <br /> 2010.
