THE OUTSIDE <br /> TEMPERATURE WAS 106 IT MUST HAVE BEEN 130 IN THERE."COMPLAINANT IS CONCERNED FOR EMPLOYEES <br /> SUBJECTED TO THOSE EXTREMES FOR 6 TO 8 HOUR SHIFTS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> 362@galydimail.com <br /> At arrival the temperature outside was 79 F.The diffusers in the kitchen/prep area were blowing air at 85 F. The diffusers in <br /> the dining area blowing air at 72 F. The temperature in the kitchen/prep are was 88 F.The thermostat was off. I suggested <br /> changing the batteries.The batteries were replaced and the AC system was set at 69 F. <br /> After the batteries were replaced, air from the diffusers in the kitchen is 62 F. Maintain a temperature in the kitchen as <br /> required below. <br /> California Health and Safety Code Section 114149.
