LEFT AFTER SPEAKING TO THE MANAGER. <br /> COMPLAINANT REQUEST A CALL BACK FORM THE INSPECTOR. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to two managers who were aware of this complaint. They stated that customer found a pen baked into the lasagna. <br /> Dish is made from scratch on site. Most likely pen fell into lasagna when chef was preparing it. Chefs usually have a pen in <br /> their sleeve pockets. Manager had a picture of"baked" pen. Pen was red and most likely chef had a hard time seeing it when <br /> it fell into the dish.
