Comments: <br /> Routine inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1.)A/C PRC 42953- Facility contracted with "Al Tracy Auto GTR" (1799465-01)for the removal of 52 waste <br /> tires on 11/10/2015 and 30 on 1/13/2016. "Al Tracy Auto GTR" is not a registered waste tire hauler. <br /> A. Any person who gives, contracts, or arranges with another person to transport waste or used tires shall utilize <br /> only a person with holding a valid waste and used tire hauler registration from the Department, unless the hauler <br /> is exempt as specified in section 42954. <br /> B. Halt use of unregistered haulers for the removal of more than 9 waste tires. Only utilize registered waste tire <br /> haulers for the removal of more 9 waste tires. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.)TPID certificate is posted behind the front counter. <br /> 2.)Waste tire manifests from "Waste Recovery West, Inc."were available for review. <br /> 3.)Waste tires were counted directly. 101 waste tires were observed mainly on the east side of the facility. <br /> 4.) Permission to inspect was granted by Sayed Mausami (Owner). <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tire manifests, disposal receipts, and logs for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility only stores its waste tires at this location. <br /> 7.) Inspection report will be emailed to mantecaautoparts@gmail.com <br />
