Permission to conduct inspection was granted by Clayton Titus (Owner). <br /> 2.)TPID certificate was available for review. <br /> 3.)Waste tires were counted directly. <br /> 4.) No activity observed on WTMS. <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tire logs, receipts, and manifests for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility only stores its waste tires at this location. <br /> 7.) Inspection report emailed to claytitus@comcast.net. <br />
